This document is a summary of the research project undertaken by the Black Islanders Co-operative. It is not a professional document. Pages were taken from two research papers and combined. It is not a complete copy of the research and contains genealogical information only. The interviews with a number of the descendents are not included but some of the information gathered from these interviews has been added to the family trees. Descendents have contribute their history to the family trees.
